Grilled Sirloin Tip Steak with Veggies for Dinner!


Daily Tidbit:  All time favorite exercise:  walking on a sandy beach in bare feet!  No environment is more relaxing to me, meanwhile you can get a great leg workout and calorie burn using muscles your body forgot you had after walking most of the year on hard surfaces.  Here is more info if you aren't convinced:
PBB:  Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich for Breakfast!


Breakfast:  PBB:  Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich!
All Natural Low Sodium Peanut Butter on Whole Grain Bread (Arnold's Oat Nut Bread)
1 Banana, sliced
5 oz. OJ
Regular Coffee, black




Open Faced Tuna Melt with Mexicali Salad for Lunch!


Lunch:  Open Faced Tuna Melt with Mexicali Salad
Chunk Light Tuna packed in Water, drained & mixed with Low Fat Mayo & Salt/ Pepper
Served on 1 piece of Arnold's Oat Nut Bread
Topped with Provolone Cheese and then toasted
Mexicali Salad: Corn, Red Onion, Vine Ripened Tomatoes, & 1/2 Avocado mixed together with EVOO & Fresh Lime juice and Salt
Regular Coffee, black
Bottle of Water


Snack: 1/4 cup of dry roasted lightly salted Peanuts, Fat Free Milk


Snack:  1 travel mug full of ice & Cherry Coke Zero for the beach :)






Appetizer:  Tortilla Corn Chips & Homemade Guacamole Dip (Made with avocados, tomatoes, onions, low fat sour cream...didn't get full recipe, but it was good!)
White Wine





Sautéing Sweet Onions & Mushrooms


Sautéing Red Onions, Garlic & Red & Yellow Peppers


Dinner: Steak & Veggies!
Grilled Sirloin Tip Steak, marinated in a honey balsamic dressing
Sauteed Mushrooms with Sweet Onions
Sauteed Red Onion with Red & Yellow Bell Peppers & Garlic
Greek Salad (store bought)
1/2 Ear of Corn on the Cob
White Wine
