Breakfast: Cheerios with Walnuts & Blueberries
1 cup of Cheerios
2 tbsp Walnuts
1/2 cup of Blueberries
1 cup Fat Free Milk
5 oz. OJ
Regular Coffee, black

Spinach Salad for Lunch!



Lunch:  Spinach Salad
This was an 'empty the fridge' type of salad, but came out super delicious!

1 cup of Baby Spinach
1 Plum
5 small balls of fresh Mozzarella, halved
1/2 slice of Turkey Bacon, crumbled
1/4 large Tomato
1 tbsp roasted Pine Nuts
1/2 Avocado
1/4 cup Artichoke Bean Dip
1 tbsp EVOO
1 slice of fresh Lemon, squeezed for juice
Regular Coffee, black

Snack:  1/4 cup of roasted, salted Almonds, Fat Free Milk

Mushroom Garlic Pizza for Dinner!


Dinner: Pizza Night!  Whole Wheat Mushroom & Garlic Pizza
4 slices (yes, half the pizza!)
White Wine

Made with: Whole Wheat refrigerator pizza dough, No-Salt Marinara, sauteed Mushrooms & 5 cloves of Garlic, shredded Mozzarella cheese
