Spicy Black Bean Burgers for Dinner!

Daily Tidbit:  Tonight I enjoyed some store bought Spicy Black Bean Burgers for dinner.  I would have liked to make them myself, but I never seem to have the right ingredients or enough time at the right moment.  Well after thoroughly enjoying these, I got inspired and found an easy and healthy recipe to try next time, along with some other Veggie Burger recipes from Cooking Light,  here:

2 slices Turkey Bacon, crumbled
Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 tbsp Lemon Tarragon Dressing
Regular Coffee, black

2 store bought Spicy Black Bean Burgers
Cherry Tomatoes
Sliced Red Onion
1/2 Avocado
Fresh cut Cilantro
Lime juice, fresh, squirted on top of Burgers & Veggies
White Corn Tortilla Chips
Water with Lime

Dessert: Chocolate Milk (Fat Free Milk with 1 tsp Organic Chocolate Syrup) & 1 Local Red Delicious Apple
