Whole Wheat English Muffin with Almond Butter & Flaxseed

Breakfast: English Muffin with Almond Butter & Flaxseed
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin toasted, topped with:

1 tbsp Unsalted Creamy All Natural Almond Butter
2 tsp Flaxseed (1 tsp on each side)
5 oz Strawberry Banana Spinach Smoothie (recipe below)
Regular Coffee, 1 tsp unsweetened Cocoa, splash Fat Free Milk

Arugula Chick Pea Salad


Lunch:  Arugula Chick Pea Salad

2 cups Arugula, tossed with:
2 Eggs (cooked in mug in microwave 60 sec + 30 sec & chopped)
1/2 cup Chick Peas
1/2 Avocado
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1 tbsp Red Onion
1 handful of chopped fresh Cilantro
Dressing:  2 tsp fresh Lemon juice, 1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tsp EVOO
Water

Snack: 1/4 cup Plain Unsalted Whole Almonds, Water

Snack:  
1 Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup
2 Dark Chocolate covered Cherries

Dinner: Holiday Party!

Giant spread of amazing food options....I made multiple trips to fill my plate....


6 mini Meatballs
1/2 cup Guacamole made with Bacon!  with Pita Chips
1 Small Croissant sandwich with Ham & Cheese
1 oz Cheddar Cheese 
1 cup Pasta Salad with Tomatoes & Feta 
3 slices Chorizo
1 Bacon wrapped Scallop
White Wine 

  
Dessert: 1 Large piece of Chocolate Mouse Chocolate Cake.  YUM!

Into blender put:

1 cup All Natural Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
2 Bananas
1 cup Strawberries (frozen/ thawed overnight in fridge)
1 packed cup Spinach

Blend and serve!
