2 tbsp Plain Walnuts, chopped
Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Spinach (recipe below)
Regular Coffee, 1/2 tsp All Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, splash Fat Free Milk

Lunch: Salmon Spinach Ranch Salad
1 large handful Spinach tossed with:
Cucumbers
Corn (canned, no salt added)
1 fillet of roasted Wild Caught Alaskan Keta Salmon
1 Hard Boiled Egg, chopped 
2 tbsp Toasted slivered Almonds
1 tbsp Ranch Dressing
Decaf Coffee, splash Fat Free Milk

Snack: 20 Plain Almonds, Fat Free Milk

Dinner: Meatballs & Peas with Marinara & Cheddar Cheese

topped with freshly grated Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 slice of Arnold's Whole Grain Oat Nut Bread, toasted with 1 tsp Brummel n Brown spread

10 fresh Strawberries
1 large handful Spinach
