Dinner:  Whole Wheat Penne with Veggies 
Whole Wheat Penne Pasta sauteed with EVOO, 2 cloves Garlic (sliced), 1 cup Mushrooms, 1 Plum Tomato (diced), 1 packed cup fresh Spinach wilted on top, and served with 1 tbsp Gorgonzola crumbles
1 cup fresh cut Pineapple
Water
